Privacy policy
This website belongs to Sante Organics, a small kitchen in Los Angeles, California. This page explains what we collect through the site and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what we need to tell you when Sante opens, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- What you type into the launch list form: your first name and email, and, if you choose, your ZIP code, whether you prefer pickup or delivery, the bowl you are curious about, and your Instagram handle.
- The wording you agreed to and when you agreed to it, so we can show what you signed up for.
- Basic technical details sent with the form: the page you signed up from, any campaign tags in the link, and your browser type.
- Usage data from Google Analytics, which we use to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. It sets cookies with a random browser identifier and records the pages you view, the buttons you tap, and general device, browser and approximate location details. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off.
Why we collect it
- To email you when Sante opens an order window and to share launch news. That is what the launch list is for.
- Your ZIP code and pickup or delivery preference help decide where Sante starts. We do not publish them.
- Analytics help us see which pages are useful and fix the ones that are not. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings and still use the whole site.
We do not send text messages from this list. If Sante ever offers texts, you will be asked separately.
Who can see it
Your details are stored in a secured database used only by this website. They can be seen by Nina, the founder, and by the small team that builds and runs this website for Sante. They are not shared with other businesses, not sold, and not used for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until Sante stops using the launch list, whichever comes first.
Your choices
- Every email from the list includes a way to unsubscribe.
- You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your details at any time through an email to hello@contractoredge.net or a direct message to @santeorganics_ on Instagram.
- California residents can make these requests too. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
Children
The launch list is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their details.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
