Your bowl is made the morning you get it, then picked up or delivered in Los Angeles.
Order windows, not an open shop
Sante will open orders in short windows. Each window lists the bowls, the prices and the days for pickup and delivery, and it closes when the bowls for that window are gone. The launch list hears about every window first.

Bowls will be made the same morning they are picked up or delivered. Nothing is made the day before, and nothing is kept for the next day.
Pickup and local delivery in Los Angeles
The pickup spot and delivery area are announced with the first window, and the area will stay small so every bowl arrives cold and intact. The exact pickup address is shared only with confirmed orders. Sante does not ship and does not use delivery apps.

Sante is a small home kitchen, and a home kitchen can only make a limited number of meals each day. That is why windows are short and the list comes first.
Allergens on every bowl
Most bowls contain tree nuts, and the complete allergen list for each bowl will be published with the menu. If you have a serious allergy, please ask before you order.

The area is set before the first window opens, and it will stay small so every bowl arrives the way it left the kitchen. Tell us your ZIP code when you join. It helps decide where Sante starts.
How much will a bowl cost?
Prices are announced with the first menu, and the launch list sees them first.
When are the bowls made?
The morning of your pickup or delivery. Nothing is made the day before.
Why only a small number of bowls each day?
Sante is a small home kitchen by design, and a home kitchen can only make a limited number of meals a day. Each window has a set number of bowls, which is why the list hears first.
Do the bowls contain nuts?
Most do. The Pistachio Addiction Bowl is built on pistachio, a tree nut, and the first signature bowl has pecans, a Brazil nut and pistachio. Every bowl will list its allergens on the menu. If you have a serious allergy, please ask before you order.
Do you ship, or use delivery apps?
No to both. Bowls are made the same morning and go straight to you in Los Angeles, by pickup or local delivery from Sante. They are not shipped and not sent through delivery apps.
Is Sante Organics a home kitchen?
Yes. Sante Organics is a small home kitchen in Los Angeles run by its founder, Nina. It will hold its home kitchen permit before the first window opens, and the permit details will be shown on this site.
Who makes the bowls?
Nina, the founder. Sante started with her and every recipe is hers.
How do I hear first?
